Katie Macaulay

Katie is a regular speaker at  conferences and client events.

 

In June 2017 she presented at the International Association of Business Communicator’s World Conference in Washington.

Her presentations are  based on her book – From Cascade to Conversation, which explores the future of employee communication, specifically the move away from broadcasting to large groups to a more collaborative and productive approach based on genuine dialogue.
