Founded in 1964, AB was the UK's first agency dedicated to employee communications. Today AB is a full service marketing and communications agency serving a diverse range of high profile organisations worldwide.

Katie has more than 20 years’ experience in internal communications. In 2014, Katie wrote From Cascade to Conversation – Unlocking the Collective Wisdom of Your Workforce a book exploring the future of employee communications in the face of digital, social and economic change.

 

She is a regular speaker on employee communications and engagement.
